ASA does not support connecting directly through Steam. The button copies the command open IP:PORT — press ~ in game to open the console and paste it.

The server holds both linked maps — Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah. You travel between them inside the game: look for the Adherent of the Outer Dark NPC (three in Exiled Lands, three on Siptah) and pick the transfer to the other map in the dialogue. It is not a separate server or a second connection — you do need the Isle of Siptah DLC for Siptah, though.
Launching through Steam does not work for Conan (the Funcom Launcher throws the parameter away). The button copies the address — in game go to Play Online → Direct Connect and paste it. The server holds both linked maps, Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah — you travel between them inside the game through the Adherent of the Outer Dark NPC, no separate connection needed. In Exiled Lands you find them in Sepermeru by the tavern, in the exiles camp and under Narrowneck Span; on Siptah in the Camp of the Castaways, on the Scavenger Coast and by the broken bridge.
