Taming calculator
For ARK: Survival Ascended, preset to the Ghost-crew server rates (4× taming). Pick a creature and a level — the calculator shows the food, the time, effectiveness, narcotics and how many darts it takes to knock it out.
Food

The starve timer applies to the food you currently have selected and assumes the “current food %” you entered after the knockout. “To the 1st bite” = how long you can let the creature starve before it eats the first piece (no feeding needed until then). “To 0 % food” = the last moment you have to start feeding. For creatures without exact max-food data only “to the 1st bite” at full food is shown.
The amounts above already account for Sanguine Elixir filling 30 % of the bar (it can only be used once per tame).
KnockoutWeapons, ammo and the number of hits needed to knock the creature out.——Show detailsHide details
Poison SpecialistA skill from the skill tree (Lost Colony). It raises the torpor your weapons deal by 15 % (rank 1) / 30 % (rank 2) → you knock the creature out with fewer tranq hits. Set it to what you actually have unlocked.
